The lunch at the restaurant was popular and we both enjoyed our delicious meals, plus the convenient central location.

I had a lovely stay for five nights. Everything was spotless and very good. The rooms were updated and well-maintained with free popcorn and extra space, I really enjoyed that. There was an excellent restaurant for lunch in the hotel.

It offers exceptionally nice location near shops and other resorts, other great beaches and sights, and the tropical garden, which was very pleasant and private. Very amiable and caring staff as one would expect.

Ideal spot of this place in a bustling area. The room I stayed in was modern and practical, featuring Hawaiian Islands artwork and a coffee ☕️.

The complimentary continental breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food, and the hotel is conveniently situated in a fantastic shopping district.

The location of the hotel was beautiful and fantastic - relatively close to Makena State Park. Further, it was next to Kaannapali and which has plenty of stores and a different beach.

The room was brand-new with a sofa bed and they provided wake-up service when I asked. The location was decent and ideal; Pint & Cork was just a short walk away from the hotel. I enjoyed dining at the outdoor restaurant near the property.

I stayed in a new room with a comfortable king-size bed and enjoyed having wake-up service available.

The staff here is top-notch and very accommodating, I appreciated their positive attitude.

The resort is conveniently located near other luxury resorts, connected by a pleasant pathway along the beach. The adult pool area offers a lively atmosphere, perfect for those looking for a spring break vibe. The sandy beaches nearby provide a great opportunity for relaxation. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The service by the pool is outstanding, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The wait time at the front desk can be quite long, which can be frustrating for guests.

The guy that checked us in was extremely nice as was the pool waitress.

We paid for a room because we were staying in Kapalua and it had rained for 6 days my friend and I wanted to lay out at the pool for the day while our husbands played golf. There was not enough chairs at the pool for us to lay in so we ended up having to pay 25.00 for a cabana which we were told there were not any available then after standing in front of the towel lady for quite awhile she finally decided she had one available. She was NOT very friendly. Even though we never saw our room we did check in... We have been coming to Maui for 20 years and every where we have ever stayed we were given a lei at check in and greeted very friendly as we got out of our car. This did not happen at your hotel. Needless to say we will not choose your hotel to stay at in the future.

The bed was dreamy!

The swimming pool was cold.... The worst thing was I had to leave. Next time I would stay longer.

The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants and shops, allowing guests easy access to everything Wailea has to offer. The close proximity to the beach walkway provides a constant stream of people going to-and-from different activities. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, with stunning views of the Molokini Crater and the evening sunset from the balconies. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The issue of finding pool chairs early in the morning can be frustrating, especially considering the high cost of staying at the hotel.

The location here was absolutely perfect, close to an outdoor mall, and the staff was top-class and very helpful.
